"Having first met in 3rd grade, photographer Sadie Bailey and Cherry Glazerr frontwoman Clementine Creevy have been friends ever since. Though their busy schedules see them criss-crossing across the globe, when they do manage to catch up in person they make it count. Over the years Bailey has amassed a vast quantity of photos and misc objects that act as time markers in the duo’s friendship. Wanting to collate them into one tangible outlet, Bailey decided to create a zine, taking inspiration from punk DIY zines such as Sniffin’ Glue and Slash."
"In the name of capturing a subliminal layer within cool gig footage, London and LA-based artist Sadie Bailey has given a new meaning to the creation of zines. The story behind her latest, “The Lone Wolves and the Wild Ones,” is one of over a decade of friendship, an ode to her closest schoolmate Clem Creevy of Cherry Glazerr, and we’re stoked to be sharing it here first on Milk.xyz."
